An order is required for all MRI, CT, ultrasound, X-ray and Fluoroscopy exams performed at North Star Radiology. Once we receive the order, our scheduling team can help arrange your appointment.

Patients Insurance Information

North Star Radiology is an in-network provider for most major health insurance plans. However, coverage varies by plan, and not all procedures may be covered. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly to confirm whether your plan covers the procedure ordered by your physician and whether prior authorization is required. Being in network with your insurance company does not guarantee that a specific service will be covered under your individual plan.
